Device Warranty at iDoctoruk

When you have a repair carried out by iDoctor we believe the parts we install should last. Thats why we offer a 12 Month warranty on all parts that we install that are not classed as consumables, for example, batteries. If a part is found to be defective and has not been damaged, or exposed to liquid then we will carry out the repair with a brand new part completely free. We do keep records of all serial and IMEI numbers when we carry out a repair, and this is so that we can track previous repairs, parts supplied and uphold your warranty. Rest assured, you will be looked after at iDoctor.

Impressed with how they help so many with their guides and their kind offers of discount by chance so I thought I’d send them my phone after water damage. Oli and the team were superb!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am honestly so grateful I chose iDoctor! Sent my phone here for diagnosis, and it turned out I had a burnt motherboard. Unfortunately, silly me did not back a single data in iCloud (lesson learned). They successfully got my phone to turn on and backed all my data into my iCloud and also into a USB.  I also got sent back a working phone with all the data I had on it before my phone was damaged. All of this was pretty affordable.
